Though the Olympic Game in China ends on August 25th 2008, the Paralympics Game will start from September 6th and only ends on September 17th 2008. In this instance, Customs are still on the extreme alert and implementing very strict security checks and 100% physical inspection on all shipments resulting to additional charges, congestion and delay in clearance. If you have shipments destined to China consigning to Asian Express for destination clearance and delivery services, please ascertain that the Import Permits and all necessary import documents are ready and available and scheduled to have your shipments arrive in China no later than September 12th and no earlier than October 8th 2008.
