I have recently unpacked my belongings which Asian Express transported from Beijing to Yandina in Queensland Australia via Hong Kong some two and a half years ago. For that period the belongings have remained in storage. The reason I am only now writing to you is that I have only just unpacked all my belongings and wanted to express my gratitude to your workers in the manner in which everything was packed resulting in no damage whatsoever with all of my possessions. Also the pre shipment arrangements and communication could not have been at a higher standard. An amazing achievement Asian Express. I will definitely highly recommend your company to any of my friends and ex colleagues who remain in Asian. With great gratitude !

I truly appreciate very much the moving team. They are the best in my opinion. They planned well, asked right questions, packed my things with great care professionally. They are very considerate to assure the wrapping and packing are smooth. They are also very polite , patient and friendly people with great manner and attitude. Just a belated note to say a BIG thank you on behalf of Nadine and I for a terrific coordination and smooth moving into our townhouse in Beijing. Highly professional team that did a great job in a very efficient way. Power failure did not prevent the assemblers to put together our master bedroom pieces in almost darkness ! Doreen, your presence and assistance were very valued as you really went the extra mile. Fortunately, electricity came back around 6 pm and we have had no power failure since fingers crossed) and believe it or not we managed to move the landlord's sofa down to the basement without any damage to wall. There was an angle but it needed some patience and determination...

Hi Sunny, thanks for that. And to everyone at Asia Express, I just want to repeat my comments of yesterday. A move such as this can be stressful and also a little bit sad, given we are packing to leave somewhere we have enjoyed living for the last 2.5 years and moving a long way away. But the organisation beforehand was excellent and helped us enormously through a difficult, bureaucratic process and Sunny and the packing team made sure the day itself went as smoothly as we could have hoped. All the team were very professional and friendly and made sure we were fully informed of progress all the time and the packing was excellent. You also even helped out with some translation with the air-conditioning engineer, which helped a lot (by the way, the air-conditioning is now working again). So, thanks for taking away a lot of the worry at quite a stressful time for us. We now sit in what seems like an empty apartment making our final preparations to leave. Thank you to everyone at Asia Express.

Just wanted to let you know that the apartment packing went very smoothly. Mr. Zhu came early, and after showing him everything that needed packing he went to work. We were at just under 200 kg for the 13 boxes. He was very thorough, efficient, and spoke enough English that we communicate. He's been here before, so that helped in making everything go smoothly. Overall, 5 out of 5 rating.
