In terms of providing quality service, FAIM PLUS certification is the highest possible achievement a moving company can obtain. On Tuesday 23rd of February FIDI assigned an independent coordinator from Ernst & Young to carry out the audit. The audit itself lasted one full day, with site visits to the Asian Express warehouse facilities, office and inspection of trucks. FIDI is the largest umbrella organization of international removals and relocation companies in the world. FIDI represents 600 independent companies in more than 100 countries. It is the only moving organization to set a quality benchmark for its members.
