Jakarta, Indonesia was the venue for this year's UTS Asia Regional Meeting (ARM) which was held on September 9th - 10th 2006. A wide range of topics were being discussed amongst the UTS Asia Partners in order to enhance business development on both regional and global scale. A warm reception was hosted by the local UTS Partner Kotaisan Logistics and the Partners from all Asian regions enjoyed meeting their staff members. Despite the very heavy traffic congestion (as usual in Jakarta), the Partners enjoyed their tour of the very narrow lanes, busy and bustling streets of the city.

The UTS Asia Partners meet twice every year to discuss business development. Paul Bernardt, Deputy Managing Director of UTS Headquarters was also present to discuss up-to-date topics and concerns. UTS Asia now has 16 Partners in 12 countries: China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam.
